IZY AKI x Small Forest Wine Dinner
Small Forest winemaker Atsuko Radcliffe will be visiting Sydney from the picturesque Upper Hunter region of the Hunter Valley. Annita’s culinary journey spans continents and decades, from London to Bangkok, refining a bold yet thoughtful approach to flavour. At Viand, she returns home to Sydney, creating dishes that are grounded in tradition but always evolving, with every broth and paste made from scratch and every plate telling a story.
This exclusive dinner features a specially curated menu, with each course matched to two exceptional Ross Hill wines, showcasing the depth and elegance of our Orange vineyards. With just 32 seats available, guests are invited to relax, savour, and enjoy the perfect harmony of food, wine, and shared stories in the intimate setting of Viand.
