Join us on Tuesday 11 November at 6:30pm for an unforgettable four-course menu by Chef Perry Hill, carefully paired with eight exceptional wines from the Hunter Valley and Orange. This is a rare opportunity to meet the winemakers themselves, hear their stories, and experience the craftsmanship behind two iconic NSW wineries against the backdrop of Sydney’s most iconic beachside dining room.
