For this fortnight we are matching our Set 3 course menu EXCLUSIVELY with one of our favourite local producers Dawning Day Farm from Exeter NSW they produce incredible wines and also some spirits too.

South on Albany’s chef John Evans has crafted their Set 3 course Chef’s menu to accompany Dawning Day Farms wines and spirits.
Dawning Day is a small family owned and operated micro-vineyard located in Exeter in the Southern Highlands and they are famous for their cool climate wines.
