Margan Uncorked at Meribella: A Taste of the Hunter, by the Coast

This November, Meribella Bar welcomes Margan Wines for a month-long tasting experience celebrating the relationship between wine, food and place.

Margan Uncorked at Meribella brings together three carefully selected wines from the Hunter Valley, each paired with a seasonal snack from the Meribella kitchen. Designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace overlooking Terrigal Beach, it's an opportunity to explore how thoughtful pairings can elevate both plate and glass.

Margan White Label Semillon

Freshly shucked Sydney rock oyster, finger lime, verjuice-pickled choko

Margan White Label Albariño

Fish finger, pea cream, finger lime, Avruga caviar

Margan Breaking Ground Barbera

Duck skewer, black garlic glaze, fried onion
