Your hosts for the evening, John & Sarah Collingwood of Four Winds Vineyard, will guide you through each pairing as it arrives at your table.

Along the way, you’ll put your wine knowledge to the test with some fun, wine-themed trivia. And if you’re not quite ready for the evening to end there, add an optional sixth delicious dessert course.
