Join us for The Summer Soirée a special evening with Molly Morgan Wines and Signal Box Newcastle celebrating NSW Wine Month and the release of our 2026 Summer Vintage, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu.

Chief Winemaker Daniel Binet will guide guests through the new releases throughout the evening, sharing the stories behind the wines, the 2026 summer vintage and the thinking behind each pairing.

Your evening includes:

• Arrival canapés and Conviction Sparkling Brut Cuvée on the rooftop and courtyard

• A three-course seasonal menu in the Restaurant Pavilion
