For NSW Wine Month, John Wallace Wines is teaming up with The Art Syndicate to bring a taste of the Hunter Valley straight to Sydney.
Join John Wallace Wines winemaker and owner Richard Done, alongside Lisa from The Art Syndicate, for an intimate guided tasting showcasing five wines from the John Wallace collection, perfectly paired with a selection of nibbles chosen to complement each pour.
Get to know one of the Hunter Valley’s best-kept secrets. John Wallace Wines may have only launched in 2021, but there are almost two decades of Hunter Valley winemaking experience behind every bottle. Owner and winemaker Richard Done has spent close to 20 years working across some of the region’s most respected wineries, including Scarborough Wine Co. and Thomas Wines, before creating a label of his own.
Throughout the tasting, Richard will share the story behind John Wallace Wines, his approach to winemaking and, of course, the wines themselves — giving you a genuine Hunter Valley cellar door experience without having to leave Sydney.
You’ll taste five John Wallace wines throughout the event, plus there’s a little something extra. Guests will be among the first to taste a brand-new addition to the John Wallace collection before it is officially released to the public.
Great wine, good food and plenty of stories from behind the bottle — all brought to your doorstep for NSW Wine Month.
Tickets are limited, so book early to avoid missing out.
