The final chapter for BTWN restaurant’s Cellar to City Wine Dinner on Wednesday 28th October, Cassegrain winemaker will host a lively showcase of contemporary cosmopolitan dining paired with six exceptional Cassegrain wines, set on the edge of Darling Harbour.
