Regional Hero ~ Cabernet Sauvignon

Hilltops is one of the states most exciting new wine regions, with cool climate conditions allowing for the production of elegant Cabernet Sauvignon which is powerful, yet balanced and with proven ageing capabilities.

The Hilltops wine region is located around the town of Young in southern New South Wales. It is part of the Murray-Darling Basin and includes the shires of Boorowa, Harden and Young. The first vines were planted as early as the 1860s.
