NSW Wine Week 2010
Sydney Cellar Door
Sydney Cellar Door is one of the Marquee events for NSW Wine Week and
kicks off on Sunday the 14th March with the largest gathering of NSW
Winemakers in one place anywhere. This fantastic event is an excellent day out and the perfect way to compare the regional wine styles & characteristics that make up the diverse world of NSW Wine.
There
is also plenty of regional produce to sample and purchase along with
live entertainment, so get your friends together and join in the fun.Tasting ticket packages start at just $25 which includes a souvenir tasting glass and 5 tasting coupons which can be used to sample wine. The $30 package is ideal for couples and includes 2 tasting glasses and five tasting coupons.
Extra tasting coupons are available in sheets of 5 for $20 each.
Online sales of Sydney Cellar Door Tasting Ticket Packages have now closed.
Sydney Cellar Door kicks off tomorrow at 11am and runs right through until 6pm.
NSW Wine Region Dinners
To celebrate NSW Wine Week, four of Sydney's leading hatted restaurants will host unique NSW Wine Dinner experiences allowing you to enjoy a tour of the NSW Wine regions matched to exquisite food. Sydney’s best chefs will craft a special degustation menu matched to 13 of New South Wales' best wines for one night only.
Dine with NSW Wine
From March 9, restaurants featured in The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide will offer a special meal for lunch and dinner matched with a glass of premium NSW wine for $50 and under. Bookings are recommended.
