This is a rare opportunity to join Sydney’s most respected wine writer, Huon Hooke, and taste the 2009 NSW Wine Trophy Winners at Australia’s top restaurant, Tetsuya’s.
 
Rated by UK's Restaurant Magazine as the Best Restaurant in Australasia, the world renowned Tetsuya's continues to surprise guests with its unique blend of Japanese-French influences.
 
The dégustation menu created by Tetsuya will be matched to the 2009 NSW Wine Awards Trophy Winners. Guests will dine overlooking Tetsuya’s Japanese garden and will be guided through the riches of the NSW Wine Awards Trophy Winners by esteemed wine writer and judge Huon Hooke.

Join NSW’s best winemakers in a tour of the 2009 NSW Wine of the Year, Trophy Winners & Top 40 Wines exquisitely matched to cheese in Sydney’s historic landmark building, Customs House.
 
On arrival guests will be given a NSW Wine glass, Top 40 Wine & Cheese Menu and can choose to be personally guided in small-groups by one of NSW’s winemakers around NSW’s Top 40 in a friendly, relaxed environment. Alternatively, guests are welcome to take a self-guided tour.
 
Wines will be expertly matched to regional cheeses. This is a one-off opportunity to taste the NSW Top 40 Wines in one central location.  Learn the inside story of each wine!
